OC Celebrity - Private Signing/Send In Thread

That's awful Jeff, ironically mine (for once) came back with the proper placement. She also put the character name though I didn't pay for it. What's the catch? Well USPS killed the package I sent to them, including the top loader!!! Resulted in a damn crease right in the middle of it.

got my two 8x10s back today...
sticker correctly (on the back) but the pen colors were off.

also I paid double for one item to get a longer quote: "Im right on top of that, Rose!" which was like $60 extra instead of the usual $30 inscription (it was over the word count, but I was still happy to pay for it).
She didn't even put the quote. Ignored it completely.

Overall I'm pretty bummed out about the experience.

OC says the can refund me for the quote that I paid for, but says they can do nothing about the wrong color, wrong placement, and sticker placement.

I dont blame them for color and signature placement, but I feel like they were the ones who dropped the ball on the sticking on the poster.
I made it clear, and even had a separate email to them beforehand and was assured that all stickers would be placed on back.

Bleh, whatever. not the end of the world.

I'll probably get rid of the DTMTBSD 8x10,

I'll keep the Kelly Bundy since its personalized "to Jeff"

The poster like I said will live in a tube for the rest of eternity.

I sent in a funko to get signed and paid extra to get her to sign “Kelly Bundy” on it. When I saw that I had received a partial refund last week, I figured that she didn’t sign the name. Surely enough, the funko arrived today and only got the signature. It still looks nice, but I would have liked what I had ordered.

Anyone do Sarah Michelle's? Very quiet from OC. I usually get an email at they received my stuff, but nothing. The send in deadline was 2 weeks ago, so I'm assuming they are done. I emailed to check and no response...

I met him once a few years back, and couldn't decide on what I wanted to get signed.
I had a Batman piece, and a Top Gun piece.

Ended up getting the TOP GUN piece with the inscription "you can be my wingman any time", and "iceman"


I think I might have to go ahead and pay for the Batman photo to be signed.
Its pricey, but I may regret not doing it.

10 days without a return email from OC. Customer service is sub optimal compared to Zobie and Official Pix. I don't even know if my pictures were received a month ago for a $600 order. The signing should be done. Not a peep from them. Some sort of acknowledgement email would be nice.

That's why when I do send-ins, I use Priority Mail with tracking. Most companies are good communicators about things like that, but I don't want to rely on that.

Yeah that's what I do too. Tracking says it got there. I actually had something arrive there and Zobie on the same day. Zobie sent an email that they received it. Crickets from OC. I guess I'll wait it out.
